Fashionistas: Battle of the Babes is a multiplayer dress battle game. Players play as “Fashionistas“ looking to dress and impress their rivals. Players have 16 unique clothing items to choose from.
Which items the players choose will ultimately determine the moves they can use in battle! Players can opt for an outfit that maximizes defenses, or an outfit that unleashes devastating attacks.

One of the first things we said when we started Fashionistas that guided our design philosophy was, “We want to make a game that takes the silly factor to absurd levels.“
Our main source of inspiration came from the Magypsies from EarthBound 3. Points of reference we used for inspiration ranged from anime, childhood cartoons, internet memes
Food, for whatever reason , became a frequent theme for several of the outfits.
These were some designs that I had brainstormed!
Concept
We knew two things going into this project. We had 10 weeks (on top of our regular schedules!) and we were learning a new game engine and programming language.
So we had a very real conversation as we were ironing out the details of what we wanted to make,
